Last year, while visiting California, one of the things I envied the most to Californians were their pastel colored walls: it was as if all the cities someway contribute in order to make themselves even more beautiful than the nature had already granted them. In short, taking pictures there was a real godsend, because everywhere I looked there were colored doors, murals, volkswagen van that were just waiting to be photographed…a paradise for us “color seeker”. But since at the moment I haven’t moved to California yet (although I’m planning it for the coming years :D) I thought that you have to do what you can with what you have available, and I discovered that beauty is all around us, it is just that sometimes we are too busy to notice it or simply we don’t even try to find it. In fact, I discovered thanks to my friends Laura and Maria Elisa from Needles and Skeins (with whom I took these photos) a wonderful place in Milan, the Garden of Cultures, where there are murals by an artist called Millo that are simply amazing. We had a lot of fun taking these pictures, and I I took the opportunity to show off what has become my absolute favorite garment: my blouse with cat-shaped collar. I simply love it!!!
At the bottom you will find the brands of what I’m wearing.
